Nice, athletic filly by Bearcat from the city winning Bletchley Park mare Proven Destiny.
Her 2nd dam is Just Hopeful (who I was the under bidder on many years ago. I bid $1000 from memory and she went for $1500 and ended up winning 5 races-all in town-and running second in the WA Champion Fillies Stakes and The Listed Belmont Guineas!) and she’s a ¾ sister to Levi’s Boy (by Bearcat from Just Hopeful) who won by 2 lengths at Bunbury earlier this month. The majority of horses from this family are good looking chestnuts with outstanding temperaments.
This filly has had two trials and ran fifth in her first trial at Belmont Park in mid January finishing just 3 3/4 lengths from the winner, and then followed up with an unplaced run when going shinsore at her next trial 7 days later.. She’s now having a short spell and can return to wok in late March.
Our syndicate will own 50% of her, she’ll run in our colours and there are 10 shares at $1,320 each and $165/month which covers all normal costs (that’s about $5/day).
